Over 25 years of experience in commanding and managing purchasing and logistics systems in the I.S.A, Israel National Police, and the private sector.
Deep understanding of the supply chain needs of companies, organizations, and the defence establishment, both in routine and emergencies.
Management of procurement on a scale of billions of NIS in Israel and abroad, with an emphasis on technological procurement.
Extensive knowledge and experience with US and European regulations related to statements of use and export licenses in the context of international procurement.
Led significant structural and procedural changes – consolidation of purchasing entities, building annual work plans, establishing supporting bodies and processes for enforcing agreements with suppliers, and leading a project for outsourcing the storage of inventory on a scale of hundreds of millions of NIS.
